  2. I think we could of did better if we had both things 100%

  3. I think that the next fundraiser we will do 100% participation.

  4. I agree with Vinay, if we had done 100% for both the taste of victory would be greater. I mean we relied on other students to get the job done. We did good on the board but as a team we did okay.

  5. I think We did good But i think Last year 1 diaper counted as 1 point if so we were saved by the 2 points 1 diaper rule but on the flip side we participated way more than any other classes which is good for our Reputation if you want to say for our class and the school since we raised so much which is helping the "needie"

  6. @tabish
ya that is true if we could have got both 100% we would get more happier.

  7. I think we did amazing! it was good we beat our goal and went beyond....we didnt beat mr.cheney's old goal of 3000 but we were close so yea!!! it was fun! if you guys go to the lobby there are a lot of boxes their all filled with food ! and half of the thermometer is filled with our food items WOO HOO!!!!!!!!

  8. @Viny,I agree because we could have had more participation but we still have the highest in the school :)
@Dupsteplover, Only if everyone want too

  9. I would evaluate our performance as good because some of us (including me) gave it in late because we kept on forgetting to bring the food in and then we got it in the last day or didn't but overall we made a great effort to feed the poor people that are suffering from hunger all over the world this makes me happy knowing that about 75% people in the world actually care about the poor I think that if we had more time we would have about 3200 cans or so.

  10. See if you believe just watch and see !! we believed that yes we can do it we can have 100%participation and guess what!! we did it! before we were all saying no we cant do it because of the poppy money but things can change!!!

  11. @tushar
not 75%of the world, just our class
but i think overall we did really good

  12. we should of got a lot of planning at the start of the food drive we did it like in a rush if we took time and listened to everybody we could of maybe got 100% but I never even did my 100% so i'm not that happy even though we won it.

  13. I think we all put in a lot of effort into this, its really going to make a difference for the people who are starving.

  14. I agree @Winay we didnt do as good last year we had atleast 95%-100% for both we shouldve worked more as a team but its good on the ones that participated and to the ones that didnt the cant really share the same joy as us since they did nothing to help us.

  15. We did have alot of planning! Though most of the people followed the plan the minority didn't.

  16. i think we did really good.
the overall is good, but the 38% to meet the goal isnt that good.
i think we reached higher because of abeeshan's donation for the diaper.

but its good that even if its 15%,
thats still a lot considering that people went above.

the 2 videos were interesting. the first one was cool, and the second was sad, and it showed a lot of poverty around the world.

  17. @Janet we probably do but we want everyone's participation to do it so we won but not everyone we just depend on other people

    ReplyDelete
  18. I think as a team we did okay we (when I say we I also mean me) kind of relied on one person.

@Tabish I agree with you we did reley on one person and didn't really work as a team.

  19. @Mastercheif, I agree, we did do better lasy year but last year everyone was more...into winning i guess

    ReplyDelete
  20. @ vinay that is true that if every one participated it would have felt more like a class victory then relaying on other people. we did beat other classes but i wonder whos class had %100 participation? if every one helped out with both cans and money we could have gone past or atleat very close to the goal.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Well, even if we didnt have full participation and could have gone a lot higher, we still won and got more people more food and diapers :)

  22. Great job everyone, it may not have been completly full parcipitation but it was shurely close! Thanks to you, many families won't go to bed hungry tonigh.

    ReplyDelete
  23. @Princess Peach, I don't think we relied on one person. It might have been like that in the start but we did pick ourselves back up, team mentality

    ReplyDelete
  24. I agree, we relied on a solid team, some players were able to produce something special but it was the overall teamwork that led to our great total.

This is a great science experiment to see how team work functions...its not easy, tough to cement together, but is exceptionally strong.

    we will debrief in class

    ReplyDelete
  25. @ mr cheney
so would you say that in the end, we didnt rely on one person to get this far?

    ReplyDelete
  26. That is right. It was Team.

The classes that finished 2nd and 3rd relied on 1 or 2 people

and that classes that couldn't bother, hoped for one student to come through

and that is why we supply almost %60 of all the items collected

    ReplyDelete
  27. @ mr cheney
    even in the terry fox.
the classes that won relied on one person to bring in lots of money.
its thee same for every fundraiser.

    ReplyDelete
  28. yes, and I'm trying to show you how important team work is and how unfortunate it is when we rely on so few to get important jobs done!

Team work is one of the most misused words. I want to show you what Teamwork is all about.

    ReplyDelete
  29. i think you have shown us what teamwork is.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I think we can pull it off next time (:

    ReplyDelete
  31. @ aqib
it think its just for the good cause you can't expect to get anything for being nice it sometimes happens

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yes malav Mr Cheney showed us what teamwork is all about because of the pedagogy the things he teaches us in gym totally affect what we think about the world around us.

    ReplyDelete
  33. @aqib
if we won something they would have announced it. i think that it was for good cause

    ReplyDelete
  34. @ aqib i think we win a pizza lunch.
but the more important thing is that we learned more about teamwork, and we did do a good deed

    ReplyDelete
  35. @mario
if that is the case that means everyone is a winner.
also i think the P.A system said that there is a prize to the winning class.

    ReplyDelete
  36. @wario
they just announced who had the highest score

    ReplyDelete
  37. i think that we were great!
it was more like a teamwork thing so, everyone should have participated and WOW we had more than %55 of the school total!

    ReplyDelete
  38. @ tehreem
ya i was really surpised that we were the main contributer for the school, and even more for having more than half of the donations!

    ReplyDelete
  39. @malav isn't it obvious it's olga she's obsessed with him lol
